Club Chaos Inc. would like to offer itself up as a franchise.  Considering that there are multiple divisions of the corporation, there are several different types of franchise kits which will become available.

fran·chise
ˈfranˌCHīz/
verb
gerund or present participle: franchising
  1. grant a franchise to (an individual or group).
    • grant a franchise for the sale of (goods) or the operation of (a service).

"all the catering was franchised out"

It doesn't have to be a synergy.  However, it does hold the key to universal balance, as myself and each of its board members, and directors, and everyone who holds a piece of the corporation.

The stock of the corporation does what it does, people may choose to invest, or they may not. It may rise, or it may fall.  The profits and assets and holdings exist.

syn·er·gy
ˈsinərjē/
noun
noun: synergy; plural noun: synergies; noun: synergism; plural noun: synergisms
  1. the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.

"the synergy between artist and record company"

synonyms:cooperative interaction, cooperation, combined effort, give and take
"there's no synergy between the two, so no costs are saved"

Origin
mid 19th century: from Greek sunergos ‘working together,’ from sun- ‘together’ + ergon ‘work.’

Individuals or businesses may learn more about franchising, or they may not.  Several different corporations offer up a franchise.

People may invest into a corporation using franchising or stocks, or some corporations offer mutual funds and certificates of deposit and bonds, that's why many corporations have more than one division.

Some franchising kits include the amount a company would like to charge to a potential franchiser.  A floor lay out for an office, or restaurant or travel agency, marketing, consulting, advertising, manufacturing,  or law firm, for franchisers to purchase.

Pumpkin Pie, Art, Frisbee Disc Golf Discs, Billards, Franchising, how do they correlate, now we can throw Frisbee disc golf pumpkin pies that are multi-colored and ready to help make art in franchised centers around the world of pumpkin shaped billiard tables.  Hmmmm,   we can also create art, science, music, invention, innovation, and spaces in which to do all of these things while conducting business.  What are any of you going to be or do for Halloween. Where are you all going to be, who all will be watching?  What will the watcher think, how many Halloween franchises are there on the market right now?   Everybody should make sure to exercise plenty, and eat lots of pumpkin pie, which should be given away freely to people, at least walking a mile per day, everyone should be on their best behavior.  Make love not war, make art, make science, make spiritualtty while you can, make your mark on the world,...

Depending on the asset type, you’ll have to decide whether you want to buy or lease assets for your business. The first step is figuring out which assets will help your business succeed. Tangible assets — like buildings, vehicles, and equipment — are used for regular business activity and lose value over time. Things like printer paper, which get used up, typically don’t get counted as assets. Count tangible assets on your  balance sheet
